Inletted the lock, Installed the Lock Plate bolt, Triggers:

Inletted the lock into the stock. Make sure the face of the lock is square with the barrel and then inlet it down till the lock bolster is tight against the barrel.

Now drill a hole into the rear part of the bolster for the side plate bolt.  Put the lock back into the stock and use this hole as a pilot hole to drill thru the stock and the end of the barrel tang to the other side.

Here I'm tapping the lock plate hole: 2007-04-03 002.JPG (194221 bytes)

Then I inlet the triggers and drilled the tang bolt thru the tang down into the trigger plate.  With the triggers now working, I made a brief movie of the lock in operation.  SB Lock.AVI (2261332 bytes)
